BIJUNKA
BIJUNKA is a word which meaning (also, moreover, in addition, besides) is only understoond from the context. It does not appear in Oldfrisian dictionaries, nor are any cognates known, thus far. The apparant prefix BI- is known from many other words (Dutch/German/English: bij/bei/by). A known word closest to -JUNKA is JONG, but a possible explanation is not found yet.

- BIJUNKA is used three times, in ch. 11a, 11c and 13h.
- BIJONKA ,, twice: 3b and 9b.
- BIJVNKA ,, twice: 1b and 7a.
There is no good criterium yet to choose one of these varieties as favorite consistent spelling. Therefore, for now, the most frequent variety was used.
