Only three uses of (varieties of) the word were found:

1. unwarlinge In the first Emsinger Codex. This was the only source for the word as listed in the known Old Frisian dictionaries (see below: 1786, 1832, 1840, 2014). Edition 1830 Hettema p.42/43:

"Huasa otherem vnwarlinge ongripth bi tha sculderem anda hine schedde"/ "wie een ander onvoorziens bij den schouder grijpt, en hem schudt"

2. unwarlings In an 1781 dictionary of Pomeranian/ Rügen dialect words by Dähnert (see below, also see Scherz 1781)

3. waarlingen The positive form is found in an article about words from a Flemmish dialect (Knesselare, between Ghent and Bruges).

"mijn [i.e. 'my'] waarlingen (warempel)", meaning: truly, for real (expected?)
