The Oera Linda Foundation was founded on 14 December 2020 as Stichting Oera Linda (legal name) by Jan Ott (1968) and his mother Annie Kool (1937-2024). Later a treasurer joined the board.

Chamber of Commerce registration nr. 81184301. Website: oeralinda.org.

Purpose of the foundation is to promote research on, translations of and publications about the manuscript (or codex) ‘Oera Linda’.

-Its first goal was to make content, language and script more accessible to a larger ([[:Category:English Translations|English reading]]) audience. With the first printed and digital editions of [[Codex Oera Linda]] this goal was achieved. One of the next goals is to realize new Dutch, Spanish and German editions. Also, more video presentations will be produced.
