THÁ is used (mostly?) to designate a time/moment: when .../as ...; However, some fragments are unclear.

When repeated (THÁ ... THÁ ...), it would literally be "when (X happened), then (Y happened)", but there may be exeptions.

In various fragments it is used for direction/destination (Dutch: naar ... toe); see examples under fragments 3.

In category 3, TO might be expected to be the right spelling, but since THÁ was used so often, it may not have been an error.
